- Super Specialist Medical Officer (Second in Command), 05 Post, Pay Scale Level -12, MBBS in Medicine or equivalent and PG Degree or Diploma in relevant specialty, 50 Years
- 2. Specialist Medical Officer (Deputy Commandant), 201 Post, Pay Scale Level -11, MBBS and PG Degree/ Diploma in relevant specialty and experience, 40 years. 3. Medical Officer, (Assistant Commandant), 345 Post, Pay Scale Level -10, Medical Qualification of Allopathic system of Medicine included in the first or second schedule or Part II of the third schedule, 30 Years.
4. Dental Surgeon (Assistant Commandant) – 02 Post, Pay Scale Level -10, Bachelor of Dental Surgery, Maximum 35 Years.
