INTRODUCTION:
India has one of the biggest commercial industries. It is also in the top populated country which means a
lot of transactions every second. There are many organizations are established for managing
transactions. Our country has 34 licensed private and government banks, more than 3078 branches.
some big sector like IBPS, RBI, SEBI, NABARD, LIC is conducting exams every year. Thousands of
vacancies are available for candidates. All aspirants are in search of jobs. Banking can give very good
career opportunities.
Before starting preparing for banking, study the exam first. It is not an academic job that can be cracked
easily. Aspirants should work hard and prepare for the banking exams. You have to first get knowledge
about the syllabus exam pattern and the previous year’s question paper.
We can categorize banking exams into two main parts according to the post:
1. PO(Probationary Officer)
2. CLERCK
- PO(Probationary Officer):
The work can be defined as managing the works of banks. Bank PO is directly connected with the
customers. He/she has to solve the problems of the customers, listen to complaints, pass loans and
manage cash flow. In starting PO works accounting, bookkeeping, marketing, cash management, then
he got the job of the assistant officer.
- Clerk:
The working profile of the clerk is a recording of transaction customer records, managing documents, and cash
deposit/withdrawal. You have also to know the local language to communicate with customers.
Qualification for bank clerk:
The eligibility criteria can be easily fulfilled.
1. you should be above the age of 20 and below 30 years.
2. Candidate should complete the graduation with the any recognized university of India.
3. Government documents like Aadhar card, pan card, passport e.t.c.
OBC and SC/ST have some age relaxation.
